Golden Parasol Healthcare Services, LLC is looking for fulltime, part-time, and per diem Personal Care Attendants (PCA) in the Clinton / Jackson-Metro Area to provide compassionate and quality in-home care in following counties: Hinds, Rankin, Copiah, Lincoln, Madison, and Simpson, Warren, and Yazoo. Attention to detail, great written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic will make you a valuable asset to our agency.

PCA JOB SUMMARY

Assisting clients in their home and/or community setting;

• Assistance with ADLs
• Ensuring effective and efficient personal care and the achievement of desired client goals.
• Supports the organization’s vision and mission.
• Documentation of daily client care and activity.
• Light housekeeping and running errands.

Must have the following:

• Current CPR with First Aid (AHA, American Red Cross, etc.)
• Valid Photo ID or Driver's License
• Current Background Check
• Annual Direct Care Training or CNA Certification
• Reliable Transportation
